Fairy rings exist in nature, and it gave me an idea for a pun. Anything for a good pun! If Malon looks slightly distressed, take a closer look.
ETA: Lol. I didn't think I needed to spell this out, but the Fairy is tied to the ring. Poor Navi!
Still think this picture is sweet?
This is one of the few cases where I like the background more. The sky was actually more fun to draw than Link. When grass is more interesting than the main subject, something is horribly awry. I dunno. I just wasn't feelin' it that day, but I had to finish the damn thing.
